My first thought on seeing this cover was an old Benny Hill gag. He's a patient loudly protesting the need for a Night Nurse..then camera pans over to this sexy girl who says, "Alright." and walks away..leaving him mouth agape at what he just passed up.

Benny Hill makes me think of my dad. He was a huge fan of the sophisticated Hill wit. :^)
